Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set daily/ weekly/ monthly production target of semai Line and communicate those to the concerned employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Oversee the entire production process of semai line.
- Reduce wastage of resources, minimize cost of production & improve efficiency of production.
- Supervise the worker in the packing area.
- Take action in case of any minor electrical problem such as heater changing, fuse changing, set the temperature controller etc. & try to solve any troubleshooting.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the machine and entire production area after production.
- Check production output according to the specifications.
- Train new employees on safety during the use of machinery and its procedure.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering in Food Technology
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
