Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspect of ceramic mold making & repairing as well as punch making & Repairing.
• Responsible for punch design, interlock punch, rustic punch, un-even rustic punch & texture design.
• Assembly knowledge about mould, die setting, die repairing, middle frame/ Box, carbide liners, Alloy, Normal liner, Lower magnetic block, Upper magnetic Block, upper magnetic block, ejection plate, bottom plate & anti dust cover.
• Ensure mould device work, Scrapper work, filling grid work, hole base plate etc.
• Also have to operate CNC Machine, milling, drilling, lathe, surface grinding and others machine as required to perform or lead the Team.
• In-depth knowledge about corrosion process & must have to make rustic punch using corrosion process.
• Well knowledge about mould metal & heat treatment.
• Have to take preventive measure for using mould, die and others tools in press machine.
• Tool manufacturing in ceramic Tiles, polyurethane, tungsten carbide knowledge is must.
• Manufacturing global standard, measuring instruments & gauges handling, calibration knowledge required.
• Good knowledge about alloy welding rod & C-45 carbon Steel materials.
• Must have Working experience in a metal industry.
• Candidate must be versatile knowledge in design, drawing & solid works with Auto CAD & 2D /3D knowledge & work experience.
• Able to train all operators & workers for developing their skill.

Educational Qualification:

• Mechanical Engineer / Ceramic Engineering graduate from any reputed university.
• If you have related experience on this Job, Educational Background shall be considered.

• 7 to 10 year(s)

  • Essential to have at least 7-10 years experience in a similar position in the ceramic mould tools shop industry.
  • Able to deal effectively, openly and positively.
  • Must have a good command of the English Language.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable and confident.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with others & industry.
  • Competent to analyses the market situation, identify customer needs.
  • Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point Presentation, internet, WhatsApp, We-chat etc.
  • Applicants having work experience in a similar position in the ceramic mould tools shop industry in China & India can also apply.
