Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with stakeholders to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the process
  • Study the business domain, discover the strategic objectives, define the problem scope, Model business processes, facilitate change implementation, realize and measure benefits
  • Interviewing staff and management to determine the efficacy of personal to design process.
  • Evaluating employee needs, internal workflows, and business processes.
  • Collaborating with business and IT leaders to create new process designs.
  • Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas through process mapping, flow-charting, and workshops.
  • Designing workflow and process strategies to improve operational performance.
  • Documenting business process modeling activities for future reference.
  • Creating and presenting process reports for management approval.
  • Overseeing detailed process analysis and process reengineering projects
  • Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
  • Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows.
  • Staying up to date with the latest business practices to help perform more efficiently and technologies to help automate and streamline processes.
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor/Masters in CSE/Information Technology/ Business

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 7 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Must have excellent analytical skills for analyzing data, processes, stakeholders requirement, strategic objectives.
  • Must have knowledge of designing business/operational workflows.
  • Expertise in business process modelling and tools like Spreadsheets, Flow-Charting tools.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Life Cycle.
  • Expertise in business process modelling (BPMN preferred); expertise in business process modeling tools (Visio, Lucid
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in documenting business requirements; experience with User Acceptance Testing
  • Creative thinking, strong troubleshooting skills and decision making on overall process automation implementation.
  • Ability to negotiate complex scenarios and challenges, devise courses of action to resolve situations with predictable outcomes
  • Knowledge & Experience on ERP Software and implementation.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio)
  • Having any vendor certificate like PMP/Prince 2/ any relevant is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience for Assistant Manager
  • 4-6 years of experience for Deputy Manager
  • 5-8 years of experience for Manager
  • Candidates must have experience on Business Process Analyst/ Business Analyst/ Process Engineering/ ERP Implementation
