Assistant Manager, Customer Service

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proactive communication with clients to complete their apartment and commercial space registration.
  • Coordination with Logistics regarding registration readiness of completed projects.
  • Periodical coordination with Legal and Logistics to update project documentation.
  • Resolve customer issues via phone or face to face.
  • Constant follow up on clients pending issues up to accomplishment.
  • Advice on any information the customer may need.
  • Prepare list of signed TPA (project wise) with lending companies and handover property documents accordingly.
  • Develop self by earning knowledge and review self-daily activities.
  • Prepare and maintain self-priority matrix, daily action plans, maintain all communication as per set calendar.
  • Regular attendance in morning meeting, display seven habits in action.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly, monthly and fortnightly action plans and review weekly.
  • Maintain proactive communication with all internal and external customers, record all discussion and give feedback within time as per CS Manual.
  • Be well groomed, well mannered, smile and other customer service attributes.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters in any discipline from any reputed public and private university

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Managerial and leadership skill
  • Sound Product and Industry Knowledge
  • Customer Handling
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skill
