Deputy Manager/ Manager, Marketing & Sales

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify marketing opportunities.
  • Drives secondary sales to achieve the sales target & maximize the market share.
  • Take up sales promotion activities.
  • Ensuring expansion of customer network to increase the product reach.
  • Interacting with the end customers & attend to customer complaints.
  • Liaison with banks & financial institutions for supporting customers.
  • Organize sales activities, motivate the customers / sales-staffs through training & ensure reduced outstanding & better collections from the customers.
  • Conduct market surveys, customer meets, Regional Transport Authority (RTO) data analysis etc. to identify target customers and follow-up with interested customer/s for improved market share.
  • Provide MIS reports containing market information like - Competitor activity, new products/features/technology launched various sales promotion activities etc.

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA in Marketing

Work Experience:

  • At least 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    • Open for traveling (10/12 days per month)
    • Technical knowledge about the product
