Roles & Responsibilities:
- Able to lead the sales team, people development and also able to arrange necessary sales and product trainings for the team.
- Good product knowledge regarding health care application, E-Commerce and also need to have good market knowledge about E-health Care system of whole Bangladesh.
- Monitoring team activities on daily basis, conducting weekly/monthly check-in meetings with team to implement and adjust strategies.
- Good knowledge about brand building and promotional activities.
- Able to work with customer, concerned departments to ensure the achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target by volume/value.
- Develop a go-to-market acquisition, management plan and team within healthcare industry sub-verticals, including but not limited to
- Determine the best go-to-market approach, including direction for solution/product development and services.
- Represent the Voice of Customer by working cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, professional services, product.
- Institutional partnerships and sales, corporate partnerships.
- Create customer service processes & Maintain customer database.
- Create budgets and sales proposals.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/MBA form reputed public/private university. (Highly experienced candidate from any subject are requested to apply)
Work Experience:
- 5 to 8 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Management experience of a sales team
- 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare organizations
