Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients for account opening procedures, unit purchase and client database maintenance
- Attend phone call of existing clients to solve any issues / queries and make phone call to potential clients for promoting the products
- Organize official events
- Manage day to day administrative and HR work
- Welcome visitors and notify the appropriate personnel of their arrivals.
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel
- Any other tasks assigned by the management
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Work Experience:
- At most 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
- Ability to deal with clients/visitors with a positive approach.
- Excellent inter personal skills along with proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
- Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specially Excel, Power Point and Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
