Front Desk Executive (Female)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Attend to clients for account opening procedures, unit purchase and client database maintenance
  • Attend phone call of existing clients to solve any issues / queries and make phone call to potential clients for promoting the products
  • Organize official events
  • Manage day to day administrative and HR work
  • Welcome visitors and notify the appropriate personnel of their arrivals.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Work Experience:

  • At most 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Ability to deal with clients/visitors with a positive approach.
    • Excellent inter personal skills along with proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
    • Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specially Excel, Power Point and Word)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
