Executive - Front Desk

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable;
  • Meet all inquiries about company and products;
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests and direct the guest to the right officials to meet;
  • Give direction to visitors where they should approach;
  • Follow-up email which will be given by top Management, notify important emails;
  • Maintaining different logs & registers;
  • Arranging official meeting schedules and appointments;
  • Responsible to keep all types of records relating to the Front/Reception Desk;
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters/ Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed public/private University. A Level passed student are also encouraged to apply.

Work Experience:

  • At least 1 year(s). Fresher are also encouraged to apply.

Others Requirements:

  • Sound communication skill in English both speaking and writing, pleasant personality, smart & convincing skills, interpersonal communication skills and ability to learn quickly, self-motivated and attitude to take responsibility, sound knowledge in M/S office. Ability to typing in Bangla will be an added advantage
