Roles & Responsibilities:
- Screening of all incoming and outgoing correspondences and initiating follow-up action including receiving calls and referring callers to appropriate employees.
- Maintenance of front office and handling PABX systems.
- Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
- Mail management including Courier, office document collection, letter dispatching both incoming and outgoing.
- Necessary logistic support providing as deemed appropriate employees.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Graduate from reputed public / private University.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have very good command over MS office applications
