Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure business processes, and financial management.
  • Maintain and improve accounting system
  • Improve efficiencies and reduce company costs
  • Lead planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals
  • Prepare monthly/yearly management accounts
  • Present periodic financial statement in line with IFRS.
  • Deliver on NBR reporting and compliance in income taxes, VAT etc.
  • Oversee cash flow management
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting process, including variances
  • Develop relationships with external stakeholders
  • Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to achieve organizations goals.
  • Supervise and groom reportees.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum CA Certificate/Knowledge level qualification is mandatory.
  • Post graduation.
