Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Golden Life Insurance Limited, a leading life insurance company operating its business throughout the country since 2000 having corporate culture and friendly working environment, invites applications from the qualified, committed, self-driven, aspirant individuals for the following positions to attain its ambitious growth plan.

Educational Qualification:

  • Applicant should be a Master degree holder in any discipline. Additional degree holder from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Managers of Bangladesh (ICSMB) will be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • At least 7 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Insurance Company/Financial Institution/reputed Public Limited company.
  • Maximum age 40 years. Age Limit may be relaxed in case of highly suitable candidate(s).
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Company Law, Insurance Act, SEC Laws / Regulations / Stock Exchange Rules/RJSC Rules and other related Rules and Regulations.
  • Hands on experience in Share Management under CDS (Central Depository System).
  • Knowledge and practical experience in handling IPO.
  • Sound knowledge about statutory & regulatory requirements / compliance for efficient administration of an Insurance Company / Financial Institution.
  • Adequate experience in conducting meetings of the Board of Directors.
  • Excellent Communication skill, both in Bangla and English.
  • Should be Computer Literate.
