Educational Qualification:
- Applicant should be a Master degree holder in any discipline. Additional degree holder from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Managers of Bangladesh (ICSMB) will be preferred.
Work Experience:
- At least 7 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Insurance Company/Financial Institution/reputed Public Limited company.
- Maximum age 40 years. Age Limit may be relaxed in case of highly suitable candidate(s).
- Knowledge and proficiency in Company Law, Insurance Act, SEC Laws / Regulations / Stock Exchange Rules/RJSC Rules and other related Rules and Regulations.
- Hands on experience in Share Management under CDS (Central Depository System).
- Knowledge and practical experience in handling IPO.
- Sound knowledge about statutory & regulatory requirements / compliance for efficient administration of an Insurance Company / Financial Institution.
- Adequate experience in conducting meetings of the Board of Directors.
- Excellent Communication skill, both in Bangla and English.
- Should be Computer Literate.
