Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to ensure day by day (regular) receiving of accessories and all other associated materials of the organization;
  • He is to report immediately to his superior in case of any major discrepancies in storage materials and building;
  • He is to ensure on time receiving of accessories and all other materials correctly and securely;
  • He is to ensure storage of material with proper traceability and identity and whether these are being stored maintaining proper principle of storage;
  • He is to ensure delivery of right type of items to right place at right time in right quantity and quality;
  • He is to ensure proper & on time documentation of materials for it receives and issues;
  • He is to ensure cleanliness & tidiness of the store area frequently;
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Should have proper knowledge & experience about store & Inventory.
  • Work in a NGO in similar track & position will be given preference.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer software, particularly on MS Excel, MS Word (both Bangla & English).
  • Self-motivated, responsible and team player.
  • Able to work under pressure
