Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise & monitor Factory HR & Admin operations
  • To have clear knowledge regarding recruitment, selection, training, promotion, increment, workers wages, salary and all kinds of welfare issues of employees.
  • Update the skill matrix and salary grid
  • Make sure all personal files are updated
  • Look after employees absenteeism & retention
  • Reduce/keep control the absenteeism & turnover rate with proper record/analysis
  • Find out the root cause of absenteeism & turnover and take corrective action plan
  • Ensure the job analysis and revamp the process re-engineering, as & when required
  • Track man-machine ratio as per industry standard
  • Look after employees benefit as per provision of law and ensure maximum out-put thereof
  • Developing and maintaining different HR policies under Labor Law, industry standards, etc.
  • Develop different template and SOP as per HR aspect
  • Work towards enhancement of employees satisfaction
  • Conduct different types of survey, prepare the report and action plan
  • Prepare various HR report
  • Perform job from time to time as & when assigned by the management

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptibility, Communication skill, excellent reporting

Work Experience:

  • At least 5 year(s)

  • Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, HR and compliance, HR Operations, Preparing Salary Sheet, Training and Development
