Senior Officer (HR & Admin)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily attendance records and provide updated monthly attendance documents to payroll team within designated time
  • Manage the entire selection, recruitment, and on-boarding process for new staff
  • Aid in developing HR policies and procedures aligned with the companys objectives, philosophies and relevant government laws, and ensure their implementation and administration
  • Undertake manpower planning to forecast future demand and take steps to fulfill that demand
  • Assist in job appraisal and evaluation process
  • Prepare comprehensive job descriptions for new recruitments
  • Conduct exit interviews and complete all paperwork
  • Maintain employee files on all personnel
  • Establishment of a sound Performance Management System for all employees, staff, and management personnel in the company
  • Aid the development of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for all departments
  • Surveying market to identify potential high value candidates
  • Timely submission of all associated bills, such as rent, telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal, etc, and maintain proper records
  • Ensure compliance through timely renewal of all documents and licenses related to government bodies and other institutions
  • Maintain office housekeeping rules
  • Supporting the Managing Director with scheduling meetings and making arrangements for meeting
  • Maintain a centralized record of all raw materials that arrive at site
  • Supporting sister concerns as and when required

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, Bangladesh Labor Law, Human Resource Management
