Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess current & future training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals by consulting with the line manager.
- Plan for an overall training & development that addresses the need and expectations of both employees & employers.
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods & technology.
- Conduct effective training, induction & orientation sessions.
- Ensuring logistics support to arrange training programs & effectiveness
- Maintain a keen understanding of sales training needs, developments and best Practices.
- Any other duties as & when required by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University.
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
