Executive/ Senior Executive (Training & Development)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess current & future training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals by consulting with the line manager.
  • Plan for an overall training & development that addresses the need and expectations of both employees & employers.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods & technology.
  • Conduct effective training, induction & orientation sessions.
  • Ensuring logistics support to arrange training programs & effectiveness
  • Maintain a keen understanding of sales training needs, developments and best Practices.
  • Any other duties as & when required by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Not Mandatory
