Roles & Responsibilities:
- To Support recruitment team by calling candidate, follow-up calls
- To Coordinate Interview session
- To Coordinate in new Employee Orientation program
- To Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions
- To Coordinating in different functions, events or occasions related to employee engagement
- To Coordinating Employee joining process, Paper work, initial checking of employee personal file and other supporting works.
- To coordinate all training & development programs.
- To coordinate pre & post assessment test and prepare summary report.
- To Update training database and day to day activities reporting to the concern person.
- To Follow-up with training attendees.
- Any other task assigned when required
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/ completed all the academic courses of BBA except internship (Major in HR) from a reputed University or MBA in HRM
Work Experience:
- Age 22 to 26 years
- Both males and females are allo
