Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To Support recruitment team by calling candidate, follow-up calls
  • To Coordinate Interview session
  • To Coordinate in new Employee Orientation program
  • To Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions
  • To Coordinating in different functions, events or occasions related to employee engagement
  • To Coordinating Employee joining process, Paper work, initial checking of employee personal file and other supporting works.
  • To coordinate all training & development programs.
  • To coordinate pre & post assessment test and prepare summary report.
  • To Update training database and day to day activities reporting to the concern person.
  • To Follow-up with training attendees.
  • Any other task assigned when required

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/ completed all the academic courses of BBA except internship (Major in HR) from a reputed University or MBA in HRM

Work Experience:

  • Age 22 to 26 years
  • Both males and females are allo
