Roles & Responsibilities:
- Set KPI for individual staff & worker level.
- Strongly monitor employee performance
- Establish KPI based operation for all staff levels.
- Closely work with management & interdepartmental head level.
- Responsible for employee performance appraisal.
- Review all employee performance appraisals in monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to higher management.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Others Requirements:
- Experience in IT/Ecommerce company is preferable.
- Strong Knowledge in Excel Database tables, queries, records for Generate of production Reports and the ability to adopt new technologies.
- Must have strong knowledge on Labour law.
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Good inter-personal & communication skills
