Senior Executive, HR (KPI Management)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Set KPI for individual staff & worker level.
  • Strongly monitor employee performance
  • Establish KPI based operation for all staff levels.
  • Closely work with management & interdepartmental head level.
  • Responsible for employee performance appraisal.
  • Review all employee performance appraisals in monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to higher management.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Experience in IT/Ecommerce company is preferable.
    • Strong Knowledge in Excel Database tables, queries, records for Generate of production Reports and the ability to adopt new technologies.
    • Must have strong knowledge on Labour law.
    • Good command in both written and spoken English
    • Good inter-personal & communication skills
