Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Manpower planning, Recruiting, Selection, Joining, orientation, and placement.
- Organizing & maintaining personnel records, entering new hired employees data.
- Provide HR services on time that are not limited to answering queries, processing allowances, issuing letters, memos etc.
- Assist in day-to-day HR and Admin operations, including HRIS, payroll, OD, logistics support etc.
- Conduct final settlement preparation as per Law.
- Drafting office order, circulars, note, memo, meeting minutes, letters.
- Handling Employee grievance Management.
- Co-operates with all departments for smooth operation.
- Prepare daily attendance reports (from office access control records and WFH emails) and update employees leave database.
- Assist Editor for Administrative & Secretarial works.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/ MBA in HRM from any reputed institute.
Work Experience:
- 5 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CoOthers Requirements:
- Knowledge on Labor Law and Rules, newspaper wage board rules.
- Clear understanding on PMS and HR Analytics
- Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Office and IT related areas.
- Strong command in the English Language
- People skill
- Willingness to stay longer after office hour.
