  • Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, HRIS/ HR Databa

    Others Requirements:

    • To Support day to day HR operations.
    • Maintain daily attendance, late attendance and early punch for ensuring office discipline and maintain database.
    • Coordinate different department for leave, attendance follow up.
    • Organizing and maintaining personal file and ensure proper maintenance of the same. Maintaining human resource database by recording joining, transfers, separation and changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation and in leave.
    • Handle Employee Grievance & Disciplinary Actions.
    • Issuing sim for the new employees and record it in a database.
    • Processing Employees financial Settlement.
    • Assists in preparing KPI of all departments.
    • Drafting HR letters.
    • Any other responsibility assigned by department head.
