Others Requirements:
- To Support day to day HR operations.
- Maintain daily attendance, late attendance and early punch for ensuring office discipline and maintain database.
- Coordinate different department for leave, attendance follow up.
- Organizing and maintaining personal file and ensure proper maintenance of the same. Maintaining human resource database by recording joining, transfers, separation and changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation and in leave.
- Handle Employee Grievance & Disciplinary Actions.
- Issuing sim for the new employees and record it in a database.
- Processing Employees financial Settlement.
- Assists in preparing KPI of all departments.
- Drafting HR letters.
- Any other responsibility assigned by department head.
