Regional Manager/ Territory Sales In Charge (Tractor Business)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and growth as per management expectations.
  • Achieve maximum recovery/credit collection as per target.
  • Motivating the customers to achieve the best results possible.
  • Collect necessary information of the Assigned market.
  • Identify potential customer and convert them as a successful sales.
  • Search potential pockets in the respective market
  • Appoint broken/dealer in the potential pockets
  • Generate required inquires as per sales target
  • Perform necessary promotional activities for generating enquires and branding
  • Provide proper service to customers as per requirement
  • Reports to superior as per daily activities
  • Respond and follow up sales inquiries through understanding the customer requirements.
  • To conduct & attend meeting with the Customer.
  • To visit market frequently to stay up to date.
  • Build a strong relationship with customers.
  • Client orientation, information, motivation & others necessary support provide in order to achieve Sales targets.
  • Proper and regular communication with clients.
  • Willing to take challenge and work in a team.

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates having Bachelor degree (BBA/MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage) from any reputed university

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 5 year(s)

  • Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable
  • Have capability to convince customer.
