Regional Sales Manager - RSM (Cement Industry)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility to achieve given monthly/quarterly/annual sales target of the region.
  • Prepare detailed Professional Business Plan within agreed budget and formulate Sales Strategies for the region.
  • Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity
  • Expand to new market areas and increase sales volume.
  • Monitor and ensure sales collection.
  • Create new dealers.
  • Should be able to control and supervise a large sales team.
  • Vast knowledge on Construction Materials specially Cement.
  • Ensure there is a monthly/quarterly action planned defined for each team member.
  • Assist in developing an effective process to identify the potential customers and allocate necessary resources for positive outcomes.
  • Forecast for sales and collection, plan consequently to meet the assigned targets.
  • Constantly monitor competitor activity/performance.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Management (MBM) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Training/Trade Course: sales training

Work Experience:

  • At least 12 year(s)
