Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The individual is primarily responsible for smooth running of Credit Card Customer Services in City Bank Branches and Amex Centers.
  • Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize Banks earnings.
  • Collect and maintain documents of card members properly.
  • Maintain liaison with relevant internal departments.

Educational Qualification:

  • 4 Years of Graduation in any discipline from reputed university

Work Experience:

  • At least 01 years

Others Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, & people management skills
  • Ability to handle complex situation
  • Good command over English language
  • Target oriented
  • Multi tasking ability
  • Good at MS Office.
