- The individual is primarily responsible for smooth running of Credit Card Customer Services in City Bank Branches and Amex Centers.
- Ensure communication with potential customers to achieve business target and create opportunities to maximize Banks earnings.
- Collect and maintain documents of card members properly.
- Maintain liaison with relevant internal departments.
Educational Qualification:
- 4 Years of Graduation in any discipline from reputed university
Work Experience:
- At least 01 years

- Ability to handle complex situation
- Good command over English language
