Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an experienced Chief Risk Officer who will be responsible for risk management strategies and operations, as well as supervising the organizations risk mitigation and identification procedures.
- The CRO will be a key member of the Senior Management Team of the Bank.
- S/he will support the Board of Directors/Boards Risk Management Committee in its development of the Banks risk appetite and for translating the risk appetite into a market risk limit structure.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters in any discipline from reputed university with no third division in academic records. Professional qualification like CFA, FRM, FCA, FCMA, CIMA, ACCA or having MBA from top business school will be given preference.
Work Experience:
- At least 15 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a commercial bank in a leadership role involved with proven risk management functions of which at least 3 years experience in managing Risk Management Division.
- CRO should have mainstream banking experience preferably covering:
- Core Risk Management
- Branch Banking
- Internal Control and Compliance
- Core Banking System
- Capital Management
- Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude
- Good communication skill in Bangla and English
- Professional disposition
- Networking and market intelligence
- Demonstrated high level of integrity and ability to create trust
