Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to perform day-to-day field service support for IT Maintenance & Support projects including system setup and networking
- Monitor the IT System health status, network performance & security control, and regular data backup for disaster recovery.
- Monitor and maintain server, network, telephone and internet services, etc. in connection between Hong Kong, China and Bangladesh to meet business goals and objectives
- Work collaboratively with teams, vendors, and customers to deliver assigned projects and tasks on schedule and to run daily operations smoothly
- To arrange and allocate resources in completing the tasks/projects
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines. Posses with ITIL, MCSE/MCITP certificate
Work Experience:
- At least 5 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experiences in IT support management, with 2 years experiences in Supervisory level
- Experiences in managing field support team / field engineers team will be preferable
- Familiar with VMware, Backup Solution, Firewall, Windows Server admin, and Network Security in general system support and network administration
- Fluent in spoken and written English, proficient users in Windows OS, MS Office, Networking
