Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Content development (Brochure buildup and good designing skills, certificate, leaflet, banner, digital marketing posts development)
  • In depth knowledge about digital marketing
  • Time flexibility and proper time management
  • Travel when necessary
  • Receiving parents feedbacks, generating ideas about connecting with the customer queries and solving them timely
  • Developing school policies, formats, rules and regulations and monitoring if they are properly maintained
  • Receiving feedbacks / demand/ requisition from internal employees and solving them timely
  • Maintaining liaison and good relationship with external organizations
  • Analysis of the admission process and develop plan accordingly
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the Principal/CEO to achieve revenue goals.
  • Evaluate and forecast needs for promotional materials and work with Business Development Team.
  • Assist in schools branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing, Design and web site.
  • Analyze the current and past expenses, revenues and service deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
  • Conduct surveys and Research the market for identifying new products and competition status for business opportunities.
  • Explain prospective clients about the advantages and services we offer and follow up with them in order to enhance the business deals.
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
  • Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and gather information the education industry trends.
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
  • Ensure all communications, online & offline, are up to date.
  • Promote & deliver high quality events, tours or projects planned and delivered in relation to target audiences needs and schools strategic objectives.
  • Multitasker and showing good approach for working in a challenging environment
  • Good leadership qualities

Educational Qualification:

  • MBA & BBA in Marketing from any reputed university.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Experience in Education Institution Marketing & Business Development will be given preference.
  • Brand promotion and Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing
  • Knowledge Customer relationship management for new market development
  • Microsoft Office & PowerPoint, Monitoring and Evaluation, Organizational Skills, Strong Communication skills,
  • Team building Skill (team develop and implement effective strategies).
  • Strong Self-motivated in business sense
  • Ability to influence and effectively at all levels of clients (Products/Services)
  • Generating Ideas
