Store Officer/ Assistant Store Officer (Real Estate Project)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing of all incoming and outgoing materials of store
  • Preparing indent as project demand and generate indent to the software
  • Materials receiving as per challan & indent
  • Cardex posting/stock posting
  • Receiving materials from projects and to confirm their quality and quantity
  • Storing and preserving materials at proper and convenient places so that items could be easily located
  • Issuing materials as per Material Receiving Report (MRR) & Maintain the store ledger
  • MRS posting to the computer and Monthly report preparing
  • Leading to online inventory control, taking up physical inventory of all stores at periodical
  • Intervals and also to maintain proper record of inventory
  • Monthly and Yearly inventory preparing
  • Providing full information about the availability of materials and good etc. where so necessary by maintaining proper stores record with the help of bin card and store ledger etc.
  • Leading to team and give direction to the subordinates.
  • Maintaining liaison with other projects and head office for materials receiving and issuing purpose and doing other job as assigned by the management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation from any university with good academic record.
  • Skills Required: Accounts Software, ERP, MICROSOFT OFFICE, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, SAP

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Accounts and Store, billing process, Budgetary Control, Inventory management, Inventory/ Store Management, logistic management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
