Roles & Responsibilities:
- Research to find new business avenues for the Retail products.
- Design the new process flow and find new technology to make the process faster and efficient.
- Carry out initiatives to develop new partnership and marketing channels to acquire businesses and deliver product & service to the customers.
- Create contents for the marketing and communication of various products and company branding.
- Analyse the comparative pricing to recommend the pricing of the products based on the competitiveness and product offering.
- Prepare the Request for Proposal, Business & system requirement documents for the planned System.
- Prepare budget & strategic plan for marketing & communication, capacity building & system innovation.
- Arrange training sessions for relevant stakeholders.
- Engage partners organizations such as auto-vendors, real-estate developers and MFS providers by designing & executing campaigns to grow the product portfolio.
- Develop innovative partnerships & marketing channels to acquire businesses and service customers.
- Prepare dashboards, trackers and reports on business development including market comparison analysis, feasibility studies, etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Work Experience:
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Excellent business pitching skills
- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
- Networking, attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Strong analytical skills
