Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client communications, query and complaint management.
- Handle all customer and contract related processes regarding request, verification and modifications.
- Monitor service performance of branch service staff to ensure quality service.
- Manage service staff to reinforce the culture of service delivery.
- Responsible for implementation of branch policies and procedures.
- Manage, control and enhance branch operation processes and system flow.
- Responsible for all administration issues of branches.
- Act as first vault custodian of the branch.
- Responsible for co-ordination of all compliance and audit observation of branches related to branch operation.
- Help with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation from a reputed university with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
Work Experience:
- At least 3 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- Candidates with experience in Banks & NBFIs will get preference
