Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design product distribution network and plan for ensuring proper product distribution across the country to generate the faster revenue.
• Develop the operational Policy & Process to manage the economical control and rationalization of company distribution facilities.
• c.Prepare yearly distribution plan & budget for the department and control Distributions cost
• Faster DO Management and make sure the product delivery support to customers
• Co-ordinate with Sales, Production, Finance and other relevant cross functional departments in order to ensure smooth distribution operations
• Transport Management : Lead Transport operation including 3rd party Transport Vendor recruitment, negotiation & determination of appropriate fare through proper analysis, Vendor Performance Evaluation and check & verify the monthly transport bills.
• Partnering with suppliers to develop optimal storage and delivery to support efficiency in inventory management.
• Responsible for providing robust customer service and handling customer Complaints strategically.
• Lead Operational Efficiency and Excellence in day to day distribution process and reduce the product distribution lead time in order to ensure product safety & security in warehouse.
• 3rd Party Vendor Management: Responsible for maintaining effective & strategic relation with Transport Vendor, Labor Contractor, WH Owner & Other stake holders for smooth business operation.
• Lead, Motivate and develop the team members to achieve the functional goal and contribute the functional & behavioral development of team members towards GPH greater success.
• Ensure effective inventory management & control, maintain right level of inventory, cycle counting & reconciliation and facilitate inventory audit at all inventory locations

Educational Qualification:

• Master of Commerce (MCom)
• MBA in SCM/Management will get preference
• Preferred Professional Certification: Certificate Course in Supply Chain Management,PGD in Tax Management (VAT, Tax Customs)

Work Experience:

• t least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Working Experience in SAP/ERP
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, communication ability, energetic and confident
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making ability, Team Building Ability
  • Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power Point, Office Outlook & Internet.
