Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure SMART job description and KPI of all the positions of factory employees.
- Able to execute overall factory operations and Admin/HR activities
- Involve in performance management system (PMS), in accordance with established KPI.
- Initiate and implement training and development program for all sections of employees in the light of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) including training budget.
- Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR issues. Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
- Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
- Managing all HR operations and delivery systems including sourcing, compensation, training, employee relations, HR Management Information Systems, talent management, performance management, personal and team development, manpower planning etc.
- Communicate with Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
- Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by management.
- Communicate with various govt. organization for renew of deferent kind of License,(Factory license, Jetty License, Fire license, Environment license, etc.)
- Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
- To Implement ISO Certificate in every 03 years.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
Work Experience:
- 8 to 12 year(s)
