HR/Admin Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Language Proficiency: Good Working Knowledge both in English & Bangla.
  • Advance knowledge in office application is must
  • HR, Admin, Labour law related training course will be plus
  • Data analysis, Presentation & Good reporting skill
  • Hard working and result oriented
  • Ability to work in functional & cross-functional teams

Educational Qualification:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree in any discipline & Min 3 years experiences in factory.

Work Experience:

  • At least 3 year(s) Experience

Others Requirements:

  • Responsible for Overall security of factory.
  • Responsible for the protection of intruders and materials trespassing/pilferage.
  • Work as an eyes and ears of management.
  • Should be capable of maintaining compliance issues.
  • Responsible in inventory management, contract administration, logistics management or office administration.
  • Coordination and support to management team, project and department heads;
  • Travel arrangements / Leave record management / Recruitment / CV screening / Conducting interview / Training arrangement / Managing HR database
  • Payroll administration for management, non-management and contractual employees and ensure compliance of Tax law.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor law and local legislations, including reporting requirement.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and philosophy and ensure their implementation and administration.
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration as per HR standard
  • Oversee occupational Health, Safety and Risk management program
  • Support line management as it relates to employee relation issues
  • Monitors absenteeism, labor turnover, complaint and grievances to alert the management of impending personnel problems so that they can be checked in time
  • Planning, control and maintenance of office transports, office equipments, Property, assets and other movable and immovable properties.
  • Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal compensation, disciplinary action, etc;
  • Dealing all legal issues and preserving all legal documents.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Management
