Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling end-to-end corporate customer including region, Customer acquisition and recovery management to achieve overall customer service & Revenue target across the country.
  • Prepare customers segment and drive the acquisition plan.
  • Maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
  • Design and Maintain acquisition growth strategy and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Answer all customers queries regarding their project as per engineering terms and agreement policies.
  • Analyze and report on customers requirement and inform to the Engineering Department.

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
  • Skills Required: Client Relationship Management,Communications Expert

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Call Center, Client Support, Communications Expert
