Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling end-to-end corporate customer including region, Customer acquisition and recovery management to achieve overall customer service & Revenue target across the country.
- Prepare customers segment and drive the acquisition plan.
- Maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
- Design and Maintain acquisition growth strategy and driving customer satisfaction.
- Answer all customers queries regarding their project as per engineering terms and agreement policies.
- Analyze and report on customers requirement and inform to the Engineering Department.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
- Skills Required: Client Relationship Management,Communications Expert
