Roles & Responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately and visitor & customer record maintain.
- To maintain staffs attendance records and make monthly summary of the same for payroll.
- To make drafts of notes/letters to support MD and Other.
- Provide support to the administrative department when needed.
- Keep the record of all employees going out and duration of their stay at out-side.
- Maintain access control for visitors.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Client Support,Customer Support through Phone,good communication skill,Good looking,Microsoft Office Applications,Smart and Dedicated
Work Experience:
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FrOthers Requirements:
- Good Looking, Elegant, Smart, Presentable Personality.
- 2-3 Years experience in the Similar fields will be an Advantage.
- Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla.
- Experience in IT related Work will be Preferred
- Good Problem-Solving Skills.
- Applicant Must Be Honest, Sincere, and Hardworking
- Should be a Self-starter and Proactive.
- Sufficient Knowledge in Computer (MS Word, Excel, Email, Skype)
