Front Desk Executive/ Receptionist

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & appropriately and visitor & customer record maintain.
  • To maintain staffs attendance records and make monthly summary of the same for payroll.
  • To make drafts of notes/letters to support MD and Other.
  • Provide support to the administrative department when needed.
  • Keep the record of all employees going out and duration of their stay at out-side.
  • Maintain access control for visitors.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Client Support,Customer Support through Phone,good communication skill,Good looking,Microsoft Office Applications,Smart and Dedicated

    • Good Looking, Elegant, Smart, Presentable Personality.
    • 2-3 Years experience in the Similar fields will be an Advantage.
    • Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla.
    • Experience in IT related Work will be Preferred
    • Good Problem-Solving Skills.
    • Applicant Must Be Honest, Sincere, and Hardworking
    • Should be a Self-starter and Proactive.
    • Sufficient Knowledge in Computer (MS Word, Excel, Email, Skype)
