Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Must have the capability to run the full HR & Compliance department of the Al-Muslim Group.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Must be able to work with attendance, payroll management & all other HR & Compliance issues.
  • Must have capability independently leading full HR & Compliance department.
  • Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Final Settlement Issues, and Disciplinary issues.
  • Sound knowledge on Labor Law & Rules, Factories Act, Fire prevention, and Fire Fighting law.
  • Maintain historical Human Resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
  • Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of the workplace.
  • Maintain all the documents which need to comply with the certification bodies.
  • Needs to have experience of facing audits with various certification bodies, Like WRAP, GOTS, RCS, OCS, GRS, OEKO TEX, GSV, ISO, BSCI, Accord/ RSC, etc.
  • Ensuring 100% implementation of buyers COC, Labor Law 2006, and Labor Rules
  • Ensuring the factories are always prepared/ready for the Buyers audit.
  • Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up; regularly as per CAP submitted.
  • To lead, direct, control, motivate, appraise & trained-up fellow staffs
  • To maintain relationships with law enforcement and govt. offices.
  • To assist Executive Director & Managing Director with Strategic HR functions.
  • Organize all relevant meetings on a regular basis - monthly or as required. Independently handle all product safety-related issues.
  • Regular Reporting to the Managing Director about any concerning issues.
  • Any other assignment was given by the management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Candidates having MBA in HRM or Management related subjects will get preferences.
  • Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in HRM Will get preferences.
  • Training/Trade Course: Compliance, HR, Labor Law
  • Skills Required: Administration, HR, and compliance

Work Experience:

  • At least 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):<

    Others Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge on Labor law 2006 & Labor Rules 2015
    • Have sound knowledge on different buyers Code of Conduct
    • Should have sound knowledge on different certifications.
    • Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
    • Sound Knowledge on MS Package and HRIS software management.
    • Good command in both written and spoken English
    • Good interpersonal & communication skills
    • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
