Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare HR strategy aligned with the Organizations Business objectives so that desired results to be ensured.
- Develop a strategic manpower planning aligned with the organizations strategic objectives to achieve the desired result.
- Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures or SOPs complying with local Laws in line with organizational objectives.
- Lead to develop an effective talent management strategy through a transparent talent acquisition process according to the organizational needs.
- Design and implement training & development programs by identifying employees development need to enhance their knowledge and skills to take over upcoming challenges.
- Plan and conduct new employee Induction & Orientation Program to acclimatize to the organization culture and values and foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives;
- Own and lead performance management system by improving matrices on KRA & KPI for the organization.
- Design, develop and implement employee engagement programs to establish a strong culture in the organization.
- Leading and managing general HR practices such as recruitment & selection, prepare payroll, performance management system, leave management, staff orientation, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Monitoring departmental employee allocation and ensure employee productivity by conducting job analysis/ job evaluation.
- Develop and design a competitive pay structure for the company through formal job evaluation and market survey to ensure a high level of motivation among the entire workforce.
- Develop succession and career plan strategies and create the leadership pipeline, especially for identified pivotal roles.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- Postgraduate Diploma in HRM will be given preference
- Skills Required: KPI, Performance & Career Management
Work Experience:
- At least 15 year(s)
