Junior Executive (IT Support )

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Experience to resolve all kind of computer hardware and software problem, network, printer issues.
  • Provide IT supports to end users for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers, CCTV/IP Camera.
  • PC Assembling knowledge
  • Supervise and monitoring company Biometric Finger, Attendances software & Access control Device.
  • Maintenance & Connectivity support the PABX System.
  • Local area Network connection setup and Network Cabling & Testing.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/ IP will be required.
  • Must have Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook for E- mail setup, MS Power point, etc.
  • Diagnose trouble and solve problems for PC, e-mail, internet and printer
  • User support for Companys ERP software.

Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma/ B.Sc in Computer Engineering

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 2 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT System Management and user support.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/ Network Companies
  • Minimum 1 to 2 year(s) work experience in relevant field is preferable.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be able to any IT task assign by IT superior.
  • Should have positive attitude to take challenge for the organization goal.
  • Should be punctual, sincere and devoted to responsibility.
  • Should have good manner, attitude and convincing skill.
