Portfolio Manager (BAKERS)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Initiating work for BRAND ARCHITECTURE of Short life product by categories with different agencies and Group Marketing Team.
  • Assess the competitors in-depth activities, Competitors strength-weaknesses, product demand requirements and business context at the Market level.
  • Perform Market Analysis and evaluation for Product Selection and work with R&D team for Product Development
  • Co-ordinate with Design department (in coordination with Group Level) for developing the foil, label, carton etc
  • CATEGORY wise launching plan
  • Ensure execution of field level campaign at different segments
  • Work with TRADE Marketing for Visibility of LAUNCHING product
  • Work with Creative dept for advertising (with Group Level)
  • Make the YEARLY BUDGET for Brand Development (Bakers Portfolio)
  • Work with Sales Team for assessment of Market Needs
  • Monthly planning for marketing and submit to management

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Minimum Graduate (Preferably in Marketing/ Business Related Field)

Work Experience:

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Skilled in Portfolio Management, Planning (S&OP) and Execution, Analysis & Forecasting, Market Development, Sales Promotion
