Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing, Rice Unit)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure local sales of the bulk commodities of Rice.
  • Create the customers, dealers in the local market of Rice and sell among the whole sellers/retailers/dealer and corporate customers.
  • Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
  • Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target for the team and lead team of members.
  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategy for growth and achievement of sales target of the company.
  • Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activities.
  • Ensure Timely Resolution of Issues.
  • Liaison with Various Counter parties for Trade Related Confirmation.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Marketing
  • MBA in Marketing shall be given priority.
  • Skills Required: Customer relationship, Organizational Skills, Sales

  • 8 to 10 year(s)

    • Those who have working experience in Sales & Marketing of Rice Industry shall be given preference
    • Those who do not have experience in Rice industry they are not encouraged to apply.
    • Possess superior problem solving and analytical as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Extensive tour is required.
    • Must be well conversant & fluent in English both in writing and speaking. Must have adequate knowledge in e-mailing/internet browsing.
