Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure local sales of the bulk commodities of Rice.
- Create the customers, dealers in the local market of Rice and sell among the whole sellers/retailers/dealer and corporate customers.
- Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
- Prepare sales plan, ensure achievement of sales target for the team and lead team of members.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategy for growth and achievement of sales target of the company.
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activities.
- Ensure Timely Resolution of Issues.
- Liaison with Various Counter parties for Trade Related Confirmation.
Educational Qualification:
- Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Marketing
- MBA in Marketing shall be given priority.
- Skills Required: Customer relationship, Organizational Skills, Sales
Work Experience:
- 8 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
SOthers Requirements:
- Those who have working experience in Sales & Marketing of Rice Industry shall be given preference
- Those who do not have experience in Rice industry they are not encouraged to apply.
- Possess superior problem solving and analytical as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Extensive tour is required.
- Must be well conversant & fluent in English both in writing and speaking. Must have adequate knowledge in e-mailing/internet browsing.
