Sales Admin Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage distributor employee insurance and execute necessary actions related to database management, claim management, communication & coordination in conjunction with the sales team and insurance company.
  • Execute, monitor and manage FF salary automation activities in conjunction with the MFS companies and the sales team.
  • Assist in sustainability projects like Pallydut, Pushti Ambassador, etc.
  • Assist MIS and sales operation by collecting required information, circulating regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Support to design, rollout and analyse sales & distribution related campaigns, trackers & communications and update relevant stakeholders.
  • Procure & supply sales supporting materials along with conducting claim processing and other activities to ensure an extra edge to sales operation.
  • Communicate sales operation related messages and instructions to align relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in finding new opportunities, building new operational structure and follow-up to put into practice.
  • Assist in other sales operation related tasks & projects and collaborate with own & cross functional team.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum graduate; preferably BBA with any major.

Work Experience:

  • At least 01 years

Others Requirements:

  • Freshers can apply; females are highly encouraged to apply, experience in sales operations and administration will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge on MS Office tools is must. Specially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skill to work with different stakeholder and cross functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset, committed to deadline, ability to handle multiple project and team player.
