Manager - Sales (Condominium)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Forecast market needs, assist in planning of project launching sequences to ensure yearly sales target achievement
  • Survey market regarding product value, upcoming product and new strategy
  • Coordinate with design team for final marketing brochure
  • Supervise sales team and fix target and follow-up the activities of the team members to increase sales
  • Communicate with clients through direct communication, advertisement, phone calls, personal visit for corporate groups and individuals
  • Finalize customer payment schedule and ensure letter of deed for the prospective clients
  • Evaluate yearly performance of the team and prepare performance report to analyze for improvements

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):<
