Sr. Manager/ AGM - Credit Monitoring & Analysis

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop short term and long-term strategy for driving successful Credit Recovery action plans & profitable Leasing to effective recovery from credit customers.
  • Develop / update SoP for the Lease & Credit Collection functions.
  • Analyses of Financial & MIS data to ensure implementation of effective planning of collection methods.
  • Ensure adherence to the allocated budget, analyse variance & take corrective action Participate in the budgeting exercise and provide inputs on Lease & Credit annual cost analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to the Departmental SoP and establish SLA/ TAT for various processes in the team; interfaces with other Departments and for interfaces with customers.
  • Monitor and review the collections process and the amounts outstanding. Undertake timely corrective action plans to achieve target collection levels while ensuring adherence to defined policies
  • Lead the development of policies, procedures and standards related to credit assessment, monitoring and control.
  • Analysis and improvement of productive Seize operations methods, Pricing & Resale processes to increases business profitability.
  • Ensure the generation of daily sales outstanding report and circulate the same to the business unit head highlighting cases with significant delays.
  • Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare report on high-risk accounts with recommendations to solve it.
  • Conduct periodic review of MIS with bad debts and ageing debtors records and provide guidance for improvement; Report monthly collection/ Accounts Receivable status to the business unit head & Corporate Finance Head
  • Assist in the development and implementation of key HR and culture change initiatives
  • Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent and competent authority.

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
  • ACA / CMA / ACMA / FCMA / ACCA
  • IBA, Dhaka University,North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,BRAC University students will get preference
  • Skills Required: Business Analysis, Credit Risk Management, Database Administration, Excellent communication skill, MIS Reporting, SOP Development, Team management

Work Experience:

  • 8 to 10 year(s)
