Service Coordinator - Corporate Business

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure internal & external compliance & mitigate compliance issues.
  • Follow up with RMs for pending documents and ensure productivity by quickly and accurately delivering assigned tasks.
  • Ensure extraordinary customer service.
  • Initiate necessary steps for execution of rate revision of accounts.
  • Analyze and circulate routine departmental reports involving extensive calculations.
  • Facilitate timely settlement of loan/lease accounts.
  • Assist in overdue monitoring of the department and any other task assigned by management from time to time.
  • Maintain good rapport and smooth communication between internal stakeholders.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure

Work Experience:

  • At least 4 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Others Requirements:

    • Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills to understand new/existing businesses.
    • Ability to uphold customer service quality while meeting statutory compliance.
    • Strength and high motivation as a team player with excellent negotiation skills.
    • Ability to meet performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts, psychologically stressful environments, and conditions with limited resources.
    • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office.
    • Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
