Roles & Responsibilities:

• To create loading advice, delivery challan, Gate Pass on a daily basis.
• Taking care of regular shift operations.
• Ensuring that customer gets product without any kind of harassment.
• Collaborating with drivers and sales person on a daily basis for smooth operations
• Follow delivery plan.
• Follow up loading schedule as per instruction from superior.
• Daily inspection barge fitness condition for checking delivery eligibility.
• Ensuring emergency delivery as per requirement.
• Ability to manage shifting duty (especially able for night shift as per roster)
• Capable to solve shift problem.
• Communicate with respective sales person & operation related others department for smooth operation.
• Monthly Delivery report making & reconcile with software.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline

Work Experience:

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Candidates having experience in Cement industry will get highly preference.
  • Product delivery related knowledge is a must.
  • Good knowledge in ERP software.
  • Good communication skills and hardworking mentality.
