Manager (Marketing & Sales)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes
  • Implementing different sales incentives to drive sales performance within the team
  • Acting as a key contact for the customer accounts
  • Maintain close liaison with other sales wings for having new queries.
  • Overseeing the day to day management of the marketing and sales team
  • Making and controlling the strategies for driving sales growth across the business and subsequent review as and when required.
  • Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate.
  • Setting up meetings with prospective clients to sell companys products and services
  • Develop and implement the strategy to drive top line growth in existing as well as new client.
  • Maintain successfully relation with the existing clients& create new corporate/institutionalclients for all the products.
  • Preparing sales analysis and other reports (daily, weekly, monthly) etc.
  • Control & collect the credit management activities.
  • Maintain relationship with retail/corporate customers to generate future sales.
  • Setting targets for the team and motivate them to achieve the targets monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly target.
  • Provides necessary market inputs to Marketing & Sales Management.
  • Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
  • Working closely with marketing team members to generate new business within large accounts
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Graduate/Major (Marketing)/BBA/MBA from reputed University

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Age 40 to 45 years
