Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare of monthly work program.
• Prepare of the estimate for construction work.
• Prepare of the project schedule and plan, coordinate with labor, vendors construction and collaborate their works according to design instruction.
• Monitoring and follow-up all the civil and structure related work ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Verify of correctness of materials from the suppliers.
• Knowledge on ERP software system.
• Control quality and construction management as per schedule.
• Construction material receive and inspection for project site.
• Properly Inventory management and ensure product quality.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices warehouse environment.
• Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
• Experience in storekeeping, inventory control or recordkeeping.
• Key departmental orders into the inventory management system.
• Any other job related assignment from your superior.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Skills Required: Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Erp software, Inventory Manageemnt, Real Estate, Real Estate project Development, Store keeper

• 3 to 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Others Requirements:

  • Applications from Civil Background for the post of Site Engineer / Store Keeper having experience in Real Estate or similar industry.
  • Have to stay in project site for full time. If you are not interested to stay in project site so no need to apply.
  • 03 - 04 years of work experience from reputed Real Estate company only.
  • Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
  • Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
  • Knowledge on ERP software system.
  • Need sound knowledge in computer applications.
  • He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
  • Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
