Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Factory HR Head along with other Department Heads to set target/KPI, develop measures, follow up & administer the systems to shape performance of individual/group;
- Prepare annual merit/special merit increase in close coordination with Factory HR Manager and factory operations team as well;
- Closely monitor & manage the monthly Performance Management Process through month end data collection, providing reminder, data processing, performance reporting & staff communication;
- Assist OD Manager in defining performance standard and formulate policy at factory operations level;
- Deal with employee promotion cases in appropriate time within approved organization structure in coordination with the factory HR Manager.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA in HRM/PGDHRM
Work Experience:
- 2 to 3 year(s)

- Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
- Strong analytical ability.
- High level of professional integrity
