Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Factory HR Head along with other Department Heads to set target/KPI, develop measures, follow up & administer the systems to shape performance of individual/group;
  • Prepare annual merit/special merit increase in close coordination with Factory HR Manager and factory operations team as well;
  • Closely monitor & manage the monthly Performance Management Process through month end data collection, providing reminder, data processing, performance reporting & staff communication;
  • Assist OD Manager in defining performance standard and formulate policy at factory operations level;
  • Deal with employee promotion cases in appropriate time within approved organization structure in coordination with the factory HR Manager.

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA in HRM/PGDHRM

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard working.
  • Strong analytical ability.
  • High level of professional integrity
