Deputy/ Assistant Manager (Sales Admin)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing & Maintaining monthly sales reports, point wise sales & order report.
  • Preparing & Maintaining field force incentive and target submission in ERP software.
  • Preparing & Maintaining field force grading report and monitor low performer.
  • Maintaining monthly sales report and updating customer records.
  • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Communicating important feedback from customers internally.
  • Ensuring sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Staying up-to-date with new products and features.

Educational Qualification:

  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Work Experience:

  • 7 to 10 year(s)

Others Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales Admin

  • The candidate should have at least 3 year experience in Sales Admin on any reputed bakery industry.
