Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing & Maintaining monthly sales reports, point wise sales & order report.
- Preparing & Maintaining field force incentive and target submission in ERP software.
- Preparing & Maintaining field force grading report and monitor low performer.
- Maintaining monthly sales report and updating customer records.
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicating important feedback from customers internally.
- Ensuring sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Staying up-to-date with new products and features.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Work Experience:
- 7 to 10 year(s)
Others Requirements:
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales Admin
- The candidate should have at least 3 year experience in Sales Admin on any reputed bakery industry.
