Roles & Responsibilities:
- Career counseling and personal development- work one-to-one with individuals to support them in becoming more successful and effective in deliver their organizational objectives, while also enhance their personal well-being.
- Training/workshop on psychological issues- Design, develop and conduct training on psychological issues to develop capacity of the employees.
- Personnel selection and assessment- Assist to design, develop and implement change management initiatives aimed at helping employees to cope successfully with changes taking place in their workplace, such as restructuring, down-size or new business process.
- Provide psychological support to the employees.
- Give guidance about career plan.
- Helping individuals to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward.
- Referring individuals to other sources of help, as appropriate.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology
- Educational background preferred: Psychology - Counseling/Clinical/Industrial
- Skills Required: Career Counseling, good listening skill, Motivational skill
Work Experience:
- 2 to 4 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ClOthers Requirements:
- Candidates should have good sense of humor, confidentiality & Empathy, good knowledge of career development , Facilitation skill, Knowledge of human behavior, thinking and emotion.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
