Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist recruitment and participate in recruitment & selection process;
  • Staffing of all departments as per Company requirements;
  • Assist in create and design Organizational Development Strategies;
  • Handling employee grievances and other personnel related issues;
  • Assist in development of strategic HR Policy, Procedures & Guidelines;
  • Prepare & supervise all HR-related letters such as appointment letters, letters of confirmation, letters for enhancement of designation and remuneration etc.
  • Prepare different report, presentations, organization charts & HR related analysis
  • To coordinate all recruitment processes to ensure timely, optimal & quality hiring according to the groups values and culture.
  • To prepare, update HR Handbook on company information, policies, practices and functional description for the new comers and existing manpower.
  • To coordinate the works for recruits after receiving the Management-approved Talent Hunt requisition from the respective department head.
  • To update and maintain the Management-approved organograms of the departments to have detailed information about the filled up, vacant and new positions.
  • Establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per managements directives;
  • Facilitation and coordination of the performance review and employee development programs
  • Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to provide advice and counsel to both on employee-related and organizational matters;
  • Protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with company Human Resources policies and governmental laws and regulations;
  • Training and development related processes to meet the ultimate goal of the organization;
  • Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time;

Educational Qualification:

  • BBA / MBA in HRM from any recognized University.
  • Any additional course on PGDHRM will get preference.

Work Experience:

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    HR

    Others Requirements:

    • Ability to excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla.
    • Honest, Smart & Hard working candidates are much preferable.
    • Should have excellent knowledge on computer MS office packages.
