Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating design elements for marketing campaigns (illustrations, motion graphics, infographics, presentations, bulletins, logo, flyers, banners, etc.)
  • Scripting, storyboarding, designing, and animating motion graphics to be displayed on various digital platforms.
  • Making & advertising Job descriptions in different job portals and social media
  • Assisting in Recruitment procedure
  • Assisting in Background verification process
  • Assisting in Payroll management
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Maintaining employees personal files and records.
  • Prepare draft of various official letters, Notices, e-mail etc.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative works.
  • Any other task assigned by Management.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline,Masters degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Adobe After Effects,Adobe illustrator,Adobe Photoshop,Advertising Promotion Photo editing,Photo Editing

Work Experience:

  • Not Mandatory

Others Requirements:

  • Must have basic knowledge of Graphics Design
  • Must have Good knowledge in motion graphics, layouts, typography, line composition, color
  • Should have basic knowledge of MS Applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Students of last semester or freshers can apply.
