Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating design elements for marketing campaigns (illustrations, motion graphics, infographics, presentations, bulletins, logo, flyers, banners, etc.)
- Scripting, storyboarding, designing, and animating motion graphics to be displayed on various digital platforms.
- Making & advertising Job descriptions in different job portals and social media
- Assisting in Recruitment procedure
- Assisting in Background verification process
- Assisting in Payroll management
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Maintaining employees personal files and records.
- Prepare draft of various official letters, Notices, e-mail etc.
- Manage day-to-day administrative works.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline,Masters degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Adobe After Effects,Adobe illustrator,Adobe Photoshop,Advertising Promotion Photo editing,Photo Editing
Work Experience:
- Not Mandatory
Others Requirements:
- Must have basic knowledge of Graphics Design
- Must have Good knowledge in motion graphics, layouts, typography, line composition, color
- Should have basic knowledge of MS Applications
- Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Students of last semester or freshers can apply.
